No matter what difficulties we encounter, we should adhere to the people-centered development idea, put the promotion of development and the protection of people's livelihood in the prominent position of global macro policies, implement the UN 2030 agenda for sustainable development, promote the synergy of existing development cooperation mechanisms and promote global balanced development. We should adhere to the principle of common but differentiated responsibilities, promote international cooperation on climate change within the framework of development, and implement the outcome of the 26th conference of the parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on climate change.
